War Teleporter
Any troops sent out or garrisoned troops in your city are not allowed while teleporting.
Also, no marches of any kind (scouting, transporting, attacking, reinforcing) are allowed in the coming 24 hrs after teleporting. You can be attacked during this period, but you will not be able to teleport away.
A city can only use the War Teleporter once every 12 hours and it shares it's cool-down with the Adv. City Teleporter.
