Wisdom Medal
a Wisdom medal increases a hero's loyalty by 30 when rewarded and is used for hero persuasion.
Wisdom Medals are one of the requirements for the following Titles:

Medal Rewards:
Medal Reward is an important encouragement system. A country gives it as award to those who make outstanding contribution to the nation. Beside as award given to heroes, it can also be used in the Persuasion of rival heroes.

Where to Obtain:
High level valleys 7-10 or level 5+ NPC's.
The best way to get wisdom medals seems to be attacking lvl 5 NPCs with:lvl 10 archery , lvl 8 hbr , 500 ballistae.
Note that the drop rate for Lvl5 NPCs is very low, maybe .25% Look in valleys if NPCs aren't abundant near your city
