The girdle is the piece of armor that holds all the soldier's armor in place. Without the belt he is less protected, moves slower and is less confident. Likewise, the soldier's scabbard is attached to the belt. A belt then, is the very cornerstone of the medieval soldier.

Wrapped twice or even three times around the waist, they permitted the display of other regal gifts, such as ornamental weapons and writing implements, which could be hung from the waistband or tucked into it.
- Each level of Belts increases hero's attribute.
